What times do you deliver?
Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 8PM
(Other days and times may be available upon request).
Can I pick up my catering order?
Sure! Catering orders can be picked up at Baba Budan’s Bearcat Café in Clifton Heights,
239 West McMillan Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45219.
Are you a full-service catering company?
We deliver and set-up, but we do not provide a wait staff.
Do you provide paper goods and eating utensils?
We include paper goods, eating utensils, stirrers, urns, cream, sugar, and lemon slices in our prices.
Can I make up my own menu or make changes in your menus?
Of course! We are more than happy to assist you in designing a custom menu for any event.
Can you provide for vegetarian and special dietary needs?
We have a wide variety of vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary needs menu items. Please inform us of any food allergies and we will make changes accordingly.
What sort of products do you use?
We use the freshest ingredients available provided by local suppliers, and we take pride in serving many all-natural selections with no additives or preservatives.
Do you take last minute catering orders?
We sure do! Just give us a call with the guidelines and your order will be delivered and set up by our staff at the time requested.
What methods of payment can I use to pay for an order?
We accept all major credit cards, corporate purchase orders, company invoices, checks and cash.
When do I pay for my catering order?
Payment is made at the time of pick-up, drop-off or delivery.
Is there a minimum amount I must spend on a catering order?
There are no minimums dollar amounts when ordering from the catering menu. Please note, some items require a minimum number of servings.
Is gratuity included in the bill?
Gratuity is always appreciated but never included.
Do you offer any catering discounts?
Always check out our Specials or ask about our volume discounts or discounts for recurring catering jobs. If you pay in full when placing an order in advance, we’ll award you 10% off the total bill. You qualify for a 5% discount if you pay in full when the order is delivered.
